UI Suite is a Drupal community initiative that aims to ease Drupal adoption:

  • by standardizing the implementation of full design systems (components, layouts, styles helpers & utilities, css variables)Ā 
  • while providing a low-code solution that extends the Drupal site building experience

After a brief update on the UI Suite ecosystem (UI Patterns, UI Styles, Layout Options, UI Skins, UI Examples) and its recent evolutions, we will present a live demo based on our Bootstrap 5 implementation to showcase how to:

  • Build a site with Drupal back-office tools (layout builder, manage display, paragraphs, views, blocks, ckeditorā€¦) using every parts of the design system
  • Write custom code (plugins, templatesā€¦) to overcome some Drupal Core site building limitations
